Monica ensures quality and compliance with FDA regulations, AATB standards, and industry practices while establishing a balance between risk-based thinking and lean practices.
She has 8+ years of experience in various FDA regulated industries, including birth tissue, cord blood, cadaveric tissue, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals.
Monica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry from Texas State University. She also has a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Texas Tech University Health Science Center.
Accountable for RegenTX’s Distribution and Customer Service Department, Lesther will ensure quality tracking of product distribution and maintain customer relationships.
Lesther brings over fourteen years of experience in distribution, tissue banking, advanced forecasting capabilities, and customer focused marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and expand customer market share. His previous roles include Distribution Manager at South Texas Blood & Tissue Center and Tissue Distribution Manager and Marketing Supervisor at GenCure.
Lesther holds an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and pursuing his Bachelor’s in Science in Kinesiology from The University of Texas At San Antonio. He is expected to graduate in 2024.
I am pleased to announce the promotion of Joanna Marquez to Director of Product Development.
Joanna joined us in January 2023 and very quickly became an important asset to the organization.
Joanna joined us with a background in biomedical engineering and a master’s in biotechnology
commercialization from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She has served as a Project Engineer,
Quality Assurance Engineer, and Biomedical Engineer in pervious roles prior to joining RegenTX Partners.
Being responsible for RegenTX’s Quality Assurance Department, Amy leads the execution of the company’s vision and drives initiatives to ensure quality compliance within the organization’s good manufacturing practices.
Amy brings over nine years of experience in quality assurance, blood and tissue banking, and implementing process improvement projects. She has experience in various FDA regulated areas. Her previous roles include Quality and Compliance Manager, Supervisor, and Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at GenCure.
Amy holds a Master’s in Business Administration degree in Public Health from Capella University and a Bachelor’s in Science in Biology from The University of Texas At San Antonio.
Accountable for RegenTX’s Purchasing and Supply Chain department, Bryan will manage and oversee all aspects of purchasing and supply chain planning for the organization.
Bryan has been in the tissue banking industry since early 2010.
He brings 10+ years in operations and supply chain management plus 5 years of sales and account management where he has held director level roles.
His previous roles include Director of Corporate Accounts with Medline Industries, Director & Assistant Director of Tissue Center Operations at BioBridge Global, and Supervisor – Donor & Hospital Development Operations at BioBridge Global.
Bryan has his Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
